MSBE Air Prep technology is designed for superior performance and removal of the maximum amount of  moisture within a compressed airstream caused by increased temperatures from compressed air supply. A Unique 3 Stage System.
Each MSBE Air Prep system is custom engineered to suit a given air volume. Unlike other systems, the MSBE Air Prep has a pre-filtration knockout system that takes out a percentage of moist air prior to entry into the after-cooler, this is to maximise the efficiency of the after-cooler.

How does it work?  Wet warm air enters the pre-filter knockout inlet where the filtration removes approximately  10% of the wet moist air. The air then flows through a highly efficient after-cooler inlet where the air is cooled to a temperature approaching ambient. Water becomes condensed during this cooling process. The saturated air and the liquid water proceed to the inlet of the main filter chamber vessel inlet. The liquid water and any solid particles present are separated by gravity and fall to the dryer sump area at the bottom of the main filter chamber. Processed air moves upward through a stainless steel filtration pad which traps remaining moisture droplets from the air before air is dispersed through the main filter chambers outlets. The condensed moisture falls into the sump area at the bottom of the vessel. The system must be drained periodically to remove the accumulated moisture. A manual ball valve is supplied for this purpose. The stainless steel filtration pad can be cleaned by washing with hot water to dissolve any oils or lubricants that have accumulated on the stainless steel filtration during filtration process.
