Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery within Australia: Freight is calculated by the weight and dimensions of your total order. 

• 1kg Priority Satchel – $13.20 
• 3kg Priority Satchel – $16.50 
• 5kg Priority Satchel – $27.50

Bulky items and orders – Please email sales@sprayandblast.com.au or call us on 1800 140 888 for a quote to confirm freight charges prior to finalising your order and we will assist you directly.

Occasionally, an inaccurate shipping cost may be calculated when placing an online order. In such cases, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the correct shipping fee. If there is a difference in cost, we will provide you with the option to settle the difference or cancel your order.

Delivery Locations

MSBE can deliver anywhere in Australia. International delivery is currently not available online. We are also unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Estimated Order Timeframes

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. In the unusual event that an item is out of stock you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and advised of the time frame. Once the order has been despatched the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• WA (Perth Metro & South West) 1-2 days
• VIC & NSW/ACT 3-5 days
• QLD & NT 5 – 7 days
• Regional WA 1 – 2 days
• Remote Areas 6-10 days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Tracking

Order tracking number and Proof of delivery (POD) is available on request.

Receiving your order

Courier deliveries occur Monday – Friday between 9am-6pm. Unfortunately we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives, a card will be left for you and will have details on how to re-arrange your delivery. All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Deliveries that require a forklift or loading dock

If you are ordering a large item that requires a forklift or loading dock for delivery, you must have the facilities available for the delivery. Please note that if the delivery arrives and a forklift or loading dock is required but not available, the delivery will be aborted and you will be charged a re-delivery fee.

Returns

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully review your order before finalising your shopping cart and proceeding with checkout. Please refer to Clause 11 & 12 in the MSBE Terms and Conditions of Trade Document.
